What you're actually doing
Dialing in the grind at start of shift. Preparing drinks consistently. Keeping the menu current. Training other baristas as we scale. Diagnosing extraction issues before they become a customer experience problem.
Responsibilities
- Maintain consistent espresso and drinks quality
- Develop seasonal drinks with ownership
- Train and supervise the barista team as we scale
- Keep the machine clean and routinely maintained
- Coordinate with the chocolate theater on drinks-and-dessert combinations
Requirements
- 2+ years as a professional barista on a commercial machine
- Knowledge of grind calibration and extraction diagnosis
- Current MINSA card required before day one
