You're the first person every guest meets. You greet them. You walk them through the case. You explain what each cake is, what the rum does, what makes the chocolate worth it. You take the order, run the till, and serve with the kind of presentation that makes someone post the moment to their feed before the first bite.
What you're actually doing
Greeting. Walking guests through the case. Explaining flavors, origins, and pairings. Taking orders accurately. Running the till. Plating and presenting with care. Keeping the counter and display cases at gallery-level cleanliness throughout your shift.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth and presence
- Walk guests through the menu with confidence — every product, every story
- Plate and present products at the standard the kitchen produced them
- Run the till and process payments (cash, card, mobile)
- Keep display cases, counter, and guest area immaculate
- Coordinate with the chocolate theater and barista for integrated orders
- Be able to host in Spanish, and basically in English
Requirements
- F&B, hospitality, or retail experience preferred — not required for the right candidate
- Functional basic English — the interview includes an English section
- Willingness to learn the menu in detail (we'll train you in your first 14 days)
- Current MINSA card or willingness to obtain before day one
We are hiring 3 positions — AM shift (10am–6pm), Mid shift (1pm–9pm), and closing shift (4pm–midnight). Full-time and part-time both available. Note your preferred shift in the application.
