1. Use of the site

The site is provided as-is, with no express or implied warranties beyond what is required by law. We make a reasonable effort to keep information current, but typographical errors and changes to posted roles may occur.

Not allowed: attempting to access parts of the site without authorization, submitting malicious content, using automated tools to scrape data, or impersonating another person.

2. Job applications

Submitting an application does NOT guarantee an interview, a job offer, or any other form of employment relationship. We review every application carefully and respond within the timeframe stated on each role listing.

All information you share in an application must be truthful and current. False or misleading information may result in disqualification or, if discovered after hiring, in termination of the employment relationship.

If we hire you, the exact terms of your employment (salary, schedule, benefits, expectations) will be documented in a separate employment contract you sign with NicaRon, S.A., which governs over this section.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, images, logo, code) is the property of NicaRon, S.A. or used under license. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially use this content without written permission.

Content you upload (CV, portfolio, photos, answers) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to use it within the evaluation process, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NicaRon, S.A. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the application process. Our total liability in any case will not exceed the payments you have made to us directly (typically zero, since applying is free).

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Nicaragua. Any disputes that arise will be resolved in the competent courts of San Juan del Sur, Rivas, Nicaragua.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at the top of the document. Continued use of the site after a change implies acceptance.
