You own how the brand looks and feels outside the store. Social content, photo, video, campaigns. Bilingual, premium, not bakery-cute.

What you're actually doing

Producing weekly content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Shooting and editing photo/video. Writing bilingual captions. Coordinating with ownership on campaigns and launches.

Responsibilities

  • Monthly editorial plan and social publishing
  • Photo/video content production
  • Maintain brand consistency (palette, tone, typography)
  • Monthly metrics report (reach, engagement, store conversion)
  • Coordinate hero shoots with external photographers when needed
  • Capture in-store moments featuring the chocolate theater and host

Requirements

  • Social/content portfolio required (link in the application)
  • Professional-level bilingual Spanish/English
  • Strong mobile photo/video + basic editing skills
  • Premium-brand sensibility — not bakery-cute
